TAGPAY.COM: TAG Employer Services started in early 2000 in Phoenix, Arizona as a one-stop common sense solution for Arizona payroll and administrative services.
Tag Employer Services wanted a new way to reach customers using the internet. They were interested in the promises held within the untapped world of online marketing.They hired ProSource to help with a few key and strategic tasks:
- Enhance their online visibility (SEO)
- Improve thier ability to capture leads online
- Implement an extensive Pay-per-Click campaign
- Build, implement and manage an ongoing email marketing campaign
This project has been ongoing and we have successfully mirrored the TAG sales process in a creative and online fashion with full automation. In part, this was accomplished with powerful tools like Sendpepper. Sendpepper is a powerful sales tool that allows companies like TAG to contact their clients and prospects and clients with unique postcards, emails and specialized tracking software.
Online lead generation is a critical part of this project and is really key for any marketing program. For this implementation we are using a combination of customized graphics, Ebooks and Pay-Per-Click advertising to offer information in exchange for contacts.
Our SEO campaigns, although ongoing, have been creating some immediate success for localized keywords focused on payroll services in the Arizona market. This is a “foot in the door” for the sales organization and is a critical part of the overall plan.
